After 55 years of smoking, I finally had to go the legal route. My first visit to the dispensary was awesome, I’m a chronic pain patient so, I was interested in something for relief as well. Brett was great, he explained my options and recommended a certain product, so far so good. Thanks Brett, look forward to seeing you soon! I was also impressed with his knowledge of my generation’s music ✌️💙😎

First time being a customer and I have to say I'm impressed. I have seen and know legal growers in other states and have seen some of their work but you guys took care of me today... Cyber Monday and The only issue was not having one strain of live resin I wanted, but the paper woman who helped me was very kind and offered something similar. Saved half on the order. And twice as good as the competition and at least twice as friendly. Thanks ladies. ✌🏼💜🙏🏼✨

My absolute favorite dispensary hands down! There's hardly ever a wait and even if there is, it's just a couple minutes. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always great deals on my two favorites, vapes and flower; among other things.

Literally the best dispensary ever! 🔥 The staff are super friendly and helpful. I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes truly amazing. There’s always a deal 7g for $35 and 3.5g for $15 these prices can’t be beat. I can afford my pain relievers and that’s really important for me. …

I’m rating a 2 because your app is straight garbage. It’s so confusing and really hard to navigate. It has me logged in and has all my information saved but it requires me to login for who knows what reason only to tell me it was wrong then sent me to some dumb Jane site to change it. Then you’re stuck there for who knows what reason. It should immediately send you back to the Surterra app not leave you on the Jane site. It wouldn’t accept my new password or the next password i tried and then accepted some dumb really obnoxious one. Then all the items I had added before the issue with my password was gone. Had to add items again. Checking out on the app is straight dookie as well. Get good man. It’s 2023 the lord of our savior and you can’t be bothered to have a decent running app and website. I’ve had a medical card since 2017 and this has to be one of the worst designed medical marijuana apps I’ve ever seen.

April and Shanna, they are BEYOND sweethearts! Their customer service skills are superb. I just had the most horrible day today, and they helped me find the medication that would be beneficial to my depression. I will ONLY be spending money at this dispensary from here on out.
